Send as much of the following as you have on hand:
- a sketch, photograph, reference product, technical drawing or CAD/STL file;
- the jewelry category and number of designs;
- the required quantity for each design;
- preferred stones, sizes, weights and finishes;
- logo-stamping or barcode requirements;

Once we have enough information to assess the order, we normally provide the quotation within 24–72 hours.
Quantities & pricing
Minimum orders and how a price is set
Minimum order quantities
The minimum total production order is USD 700.
For rings, the normal minimum is 20 pieces per design. Those 20 pieces can include a mix of ring sizes and stones within the same design.
For bangles, sets, pendants, earrings, bracelets and necklaces, the normal minimum is 10 pieces per design. An order may include several designs, as long as each design meets its relevant minimum.
We work primarily with natural stones. Synthetic or lab-created stones can also be sourced when your design requires them.
How custom pricing is calculated
Your quotation depends on the silver weight, current silver rate, stone selection, design complexity, labour, quantity and any CAD, sample or mould work required. We review these details before confirming the final price, so the commercial terms match the approved design and specifications.
We also support OEM and private-label production: work from your own design or a reference, modifications to an existing design, logo stamping and barcode labels when requested. Custom packaging is assessed case by case and is not included automatically.
When an order exceeds 70 pieces of the same design, the mould charge can be removed — this affects the mould charge, not the minimum quantity, and the quotation confirms whether it applies.
From brief to dispatch
Inside the making of your order
Feasibility review and quotation
Our team reviews the design, materials and production requirements. Once the information is sufficient, we normally issue the quotation within 24–72 hours.
Confirm the order with a deposit
Production planning begins after the quotation is accepted and the 30% deposit is received. The remaining balance is due before dispatch.
CAD development and approval
Where CAD is required, our Jaipur team prepares the design for your review. Production does not proceed until the necessary design details are approved.
Optional sample
A sample can be produced when the design or order requires physical approval before mass production. Sampling requirements and costs are confirmed in the quotation.

Jaipur production, plate by plate
Depending on the design, production may include casting, filing and shaping, stone setting, polishing, finishing and logo stamping. A normal production order requires at least 3–5 weeks after the deposit; complex orders may need more time.
925 stamping and quality control
Pieces are inspected for workmanship, stone setting, finish and the agreed specifications. Applicable pieces receive 925 stamping before final dispatch approval.
Final payment and dispatch
After the order is completed and approved for dispatch, the remaining balance is due. International shipment is arranged through the agreed carrier, with optional paid insurance available when requested.
After-sales reporting
If you receive an affected piece, report it with clear photographs within seven days of delivery. We assess each case individually. Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate remedy may be a refund, remake or replacement.

Our Jaipur operation brings together approximately 90 artisans across CAD, casting, filing, stone setting, polishing, 925 stamping and quality control. Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for custom production?
The minimum total order value is USD 700. Rings normally require 20 pieces per design. Bangles, sets, pendants, earrings, bracelets and necklaces normally require 10 pieces per design.
Can I mix sizes and stones?
Yes. For a ring design, the 20-piece minimum can include mixed ring sizes and stones. You may also include multiple designs in an order when each design meets its applicable minimum.
Can you manufacture from a sketch or reference image?
Yes. You can send a sketch, photograph, reference product, technical drawing or CAD/STL file. We will review what is needed before preparing the quotation.
Do you work only with natural stones?
Natural stones are our main production material. Synthetic or lab-created stones can also be sourced when requested.
When can the mould charge be removed?
The mould charge can be removed when you order more than 70 pieces of the same design. This affects the mould charge, not the normal minimum quantity for that design, and will be confirmed in your quotation.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
We normally provide a quotation within 24–72 hours after receiving enough information to assess the design and order.
How long does production take?
Normal custom production requires at least 3–5 weeks after the deposit is received. Complex designs, sampling, material sourcing or larger orders may require additional time.
Can you add my branding?
Logo stamping and barcode labels are available. Packaging can be discussed case by case, but it is not a standard guaranteed service.
What happens if there is a problem after delivery?
Send clear photographs within seven days of delivery. We assess the issue case by case and may provide a refund, remake or replacement depending on the circumstances.
