From Concept to Finished Jewelry
We follow a structured and transparent manufacturing process to ensure quality, accuracy, and smooth production.
Step 1: Design Submission
You share your idea with us in any of the following formats:
Sketches
Reference photos
Technical drawings
CAD or STL files
At this stage, please also confirm:
Approximate quantity
Stone type (if required)
Target weight (if known)
Ring sizes or variations
Our team reviews the design and confirms feasibility.
Step 2: Quotation & Approval
Once we review the design, we provide:
Estimated silver weight
Labor cost
Stone cost (if applicable)
CAD charges (if required)
Mould charges (for new designs)
Estimated production timeline
Pricing is calculated based on:
Daily silver market rate
Design complexity
Stone setting requirements
After reviewing the quotation, you confirm to proceed.
Step 3: Advance Payment
To begin production:
30% advance payment is required
Payment methods: Bank Transfer, Wise, PayPal
Production starts only after advance payment confirmation.
Step 4: CAD Design (If Required)
If you provide only a sketch or reference image:
We create a 3D CAD model within 2–3 working days
CAD renders are shared for approval
You may request minor adjustments
Only after final approval do we proceed to mould creation.
Step 5: Sample Production (Optional but Recommended)
Before mass production, we can produce a sample.
Sample cost includes:
Product cost
CAD cost
Mould charges
Sample production time: 7–10 days.
For confirmed orders of 50+ pieces of the same design, mould charges can be adjusted or removed.
Step 6: Mass Production
After sample approval (or direct confirmation if skipping sample):
Production timeline: 30–45 days
Sizes and stones can be mixed within MOQ
Regular updates are provided during production
Our process includes:
Casting
Filing & shaping
Stone setting
Polishing / selected finish
Final inspection
Step 7: Quality Control
Every piece undergoes strict inspection:
Silver stamping verification (925)
Stone setting security check
Surface finish check
Weight and size verification
Only approved pieces move to packaging.
Step 8: Final Payment & Shipping
Before dispatch:
Remaining 70% balance payment is required
Shipping cost is confirmed based on weight and destination
We ship via:
DHL
FedEx
UPS
All shipments include:
Commercial invoice
Export documentation
Tracking details are shared immediately after dispatch. We ship to 80+ countries. Shipment insurance is available as an optional add-on at a small extra cost — just ask for it when confirming shipping.
Step 9: After-Sales Support
If any issue arises:
Damaged pieces
Manufacturing defects
Specification mismatch
We offer:
Refund for affected pieces
OR
Return for remake and replacement
To claim a refund or remake, please report the issue with photos within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to long-term professional partnerships.
