Shipping & Delivery

We ship wholesale orders worldwide to 80+ countries by DHL, FedEx and UPS, with full tracking on every shipment.

When does my order ship?

• Made-to-order (main website): production takes 3–5 weeks for catalog designs. Each piece is handmade in Jaipur and passes quality inspection (925 stamp, stone-setting security, finish, weight) before packing.
• Custom / private-label manufacturing: CAD design 2–3 days, sample 7–10 days, mass production 30–45 days — see our custom order process.
• Ready stock: items from our Bangkok showroom ship within 1–2 working days.

Shipping cost & insurance

Shipping cost depends on the parcel weight and your destination, and is confirmed before dispatch. Shipment insurance is available as an optional add-on at a small extra cost — ask for it when confirming your order.

Customs, duties & documents

Every shipment includes a commercial invoice and full export documentation from our registered export companies. Import duties and taxes are set by your country's customs rules and are payable by the buyer — if you tell us your country, we're happy to share what our buyers there typically experience.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp or email immediately after dispatch, so you can follow your parcel door to door.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Report the issue with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will refund the affected pieces or remake them free — we are built for long-term wholesale partnerships.
