What is your minimum order (MOQ)?

Our minimum order value is $700. Per design, minimums depend on the item: rings are 20 pieces per design, and most other categories (earrings, pendants, bracelets, necklaces) are 10–20 pieces per design depending on weight. You can mix stones and sizes within the minimum for each design.

Where is your jewelry made?

Every piece is handmade in Jaipur, India, by our own in-house artisans — our family has been manufacturing silver jewelry since 1997. We also operate a showroom in Bangkok, Thailand (since 2004) for ready-stock purchases.

Is your jewelry really 925 sterling silver?

Yes. All jewelry is solid 925 sterling silver with authentic natural gemstones, and every piece is stamped and quality-checked before shipping.

How long does an order take?

Made-to-order production typically takes 3–5 weeks for catalog designs. Fully custom manufacturing takes longer: CAD design 2–3 days, sample 7–10 days, and mass production 30–45 days.

How is pricing calculated?

Prices are live and update daily with the silver market rate. Each price is based on the item's silver weight plus labor, so you always pay a fair market-linked wholesale price. Base prices are publicly visible; no login is required. A free account is required to browse beyond the initial catalog page.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes — volume discounts apply automatically at checkout: 5% on orders over $1,500, 7.5% over $3,000 and 10% over $5,000. The discount applies to your whole order, and the cart shows how close you are to the next tier.

How do I pay?

We accept bank transfer, Wise and PayPal. Custom manufacturing orders require a 30% advance, with the balance due before dispatch.

How does shipping work?

We ship worldwide by DHL, FedEx and UPS with full tracking. Every shipment includes a commercial invoice and export documentation. Shipping cost depends on weight and destination; local import duties and taxes depend on your country's rules. Shipment insurance is available as an optional add-on at a small extra cost.

Can you make my own designs (private label / custom)?

Yes. Send us sketches, reference photos or CAD/STL files and we will manufacture your design — see our custom order process for the full step-by-step guide.

Can I mix stones and ring sizes in one order?

Yes. Within each design's minimum you can choose your own combination of gemstones and sizes using the "Customize Order" panel on every product page.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

For damaged pieces, manufacturing defects or specification mismatches we offer a refund for the affected pieces or a free remake — just report the issue with photos within 7 days of delivery — we are built for long-term wholesale partnerships.

Do you have ready stock?

Yes — our Bangkok showroom carries ready stock, and our ready-stock catalog shows items available for immediate purchase. Ready-stock orders ship from Bangkok within 1–2 days. The main website is made-to-order.
