By using this Website, creating an account, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and orders

Silver Jewelry Doctor supplies wholesale, ready-stock and custom-made 925 sterling silver jewellery.

Product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, weights and colours are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Colours may appear different on different screens. Natural stones and handmade jewellery may also vary slightly in colour, pattern, clarity, shape, weight, dimensions and finish. Reasonable natural and handmade variations are not defects.

Submitting an enquiry, quotation request or shopping cart does not guarantee that an order has been accepted. An order is confirmed only after we approve it and send a quotation, invoice or written confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information or pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, the request is unlawful or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable payment will be refunded.

2. Prices and payment

Prices may change because of silver rates, stone prices, currency movements, design requirements or availability. The final price and currency are shown in the accepted quotation or invoice.

Unless stated otherwise, shipping charges, insurance, import duties, customs fees, destination taxes and bank charges are not included. These costs are the buyer's responsibility.

For custom-production orders, a 30% advance normally starts production after the quotation and specifications are approved. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch unless the quotation states otherwise.

3. Custom and wholesale orders

The minimum custom-production order value is normally USD 700.

Rings normally start at 20 pieces per design. Sizes and stones may be mixed within the same design when confirmed in the quotation.

Bangles, sets, pendants, earrings, bracelets and necklaces normally start at 10 pieces per design. Each design must meet its own minimum quantity.

Custom quotations are normally prepared within 24–72 hours after we receive enough information to assess the order. Normal production is approximately 3–5+ weeks after the advance and production details are confirmed. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Complex designs, material availability, approval delays, buyer changes, payment delays, shipping or customs may require more time.

CAD, samples, molds, logo stamping, barcodes, packaging and other special requirements are supplied only when confirmed in the quotation. A mold charge may be waived for an order above 70 pieces of the same design when confirmed by us. This does not remove the minimum order quantity.

4. Buyer designs and approvals

The buyer is responsible for checking all drawings, CAD files, samples, dimensions, stones, finishes, logos and specifications before approval.

The buyer confirms that they own or have permission to use any design, logo, photograph, sample or file supplied to us. We may refuse work that we reasonably believe infringes another person's intellectual-property rights.

Buyer-supplied designs remain the buyer's property. Silver Jewelry Doctor and Namokar Exports retain ownership of their existing designs, photographs, Website content, tools, production methods and know-how unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

5. Shipping and delivery

Wholesale orders can be dispatched internationally through the carrier agreed for the order. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, government action or events outside our reasonable control.

The buyer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and any information required for customs clearance. The buyer is responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, permits and clearance charges.

Risk of loss or damage remains with us until the order is delivered to the address provided by the buyer, unless the quotation expressly states a different shipping term. Optional paid shipping insurance may be arranged when requested and available.

6. Returns, damage and incorrect items

Please inspect an order promptly after delivery.

Any damaged, broken, defective, missing or incorrect item must be reported within seven calendar days of delivery. The report should include the order number, product reference, affected quantity, a description of the problem and clear photographs or video.

Keep the affected item and its packaging as received until we provide instructions. Do not repair, alter or return an item without our written approval.

Ready-stock items are accepted for return only when we verify that they arrived damaged, broken, defective or incorrect. We do not accept ready-stock returns for change of mind, colour preference, natural-stone variation or normal handmade variation.

Custom-made, personalised, logo-stamped or buyer-approved products cannot be returned or cancelled for change of mind. If a verified production issue occurred, we will assess the appropriate solution case by case. Depending on the circumstances, this may be repair, replacement, remake, credit or refund for the affected item.

Shipping damage must also be reported to the carrier when required. We may request the item to be returned before completing a claim.

7. Cancellations and order changes

Ready-stock orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Custom orders cannot normally be cancelled after materials, design work, tooling or production have been committed. If a cancellation is requested, any refund will be assessed after deducting work completed, materials purchased, payment charges and other non-recoverable costs.

Changes requested after approval may change the price and production time. We will proceed with a change only after the revised details are confirmed.

8. Website use and privacy

You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, copy our content without permission or use the Website for an unlawful purpose.

We collect account, contact, order and payment-related information needed to operate the Website, communicate with buyers, process orders and arrange delivery. Information may be shared with payment providers, carriers, customs agents, technology providers and professional advisers where reasonably necessary to complete an order or comply with law. We do not sell customer contact information.

Payment-card information is processed by the relevant payment provider and is subject to that provider's security and privacy practices.

9. Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods substantially in accordance with the accepted order, subject to the natural and handmade variations described above.

To the extent permitted by law, Namokar Exports and Silver Jewelry Doctor are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business or losses caused by resale commitments, customs delays, incorrect buyer information, misuse, normal wear, chemical exposure, impact, unauthorised repair or improper storage.

Our total liability for an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected goods, except where the law does not allow that limitation.

Nothing in these Terms removes any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms and orders placed with Namokar Exports are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to future Website use and future orders and will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
