Wholesale buyers often fold four different conditions into one word — "minimum" — and that is where expectations go wrong. Before the numbers, it helps to separate them, because reaching one does not automatically satisfy another:
- Per-design MOQ — the smallest quantity we produce for a single design.
- Minimum production order value — the smallest total value of a whole custom order.
- Mold charge — a one-time tooling cost for a design that needs a mold, separate from the MOQ.
- Deposit — the advance that starts production once you approve the quotation.
Each is assessed in the quotation. Here is the quick reference, then the detail behind each line.

The per-design minimums
Minimums are per design — not per order, and not one number across the whole site.
- Rings start at 20 pieces per design. (If rings are your main line, the rings category shows the kind of pieces this applies to.)
- Bangles, sets, pendants, earrings, bracelets and necklaces start at 10 pieces per design.
The 10-piece figure belongs to those product groups. It is not a sitewide 10-piece minimum, and it does not apply to rings, which stay at 20 per design.
How mixed sizes, stones and multiple designs work
You are not limited to a single design or a single variation:
- An order can include several designs.
- Within one design, a mix of sizes and stones may be possible; the workable mix is confirmed in the quotation.
- Natural stones are our primary material, and synthetic or lab-created stones can be sourced when you request them, subject to the quotation.
- Every design still has to meet its own minimum.
Example. A 20-piece ring design may include an agreed mix of sizes or stones within that design. Ten units from one ring design and ten from another do not automatically combine into a single 20-piece minimum.

The USD 700 order minimum
Separate from the per-design piece minimums, a custom production order has a minimum total value of USD 700. This is the minimum order value — not the price of a sample, and not the price of one product.
The two conditions are checked independently: reaching a design's piece MOQ does not automatically reach USD 700, and reaching USD 700 does not automatically satisfy a design's piece minimum. Both are evaluated together in the quotation.
Mold charge above 70 pieces
Important — the mold charge is not the MOQ. Waiving the mold charge above 70 pieces of the same design does not waive or lower the per-design minimum quantity.
A design that requires a mold carries a one-time mold charge. That mold charge may be waived when the same design is ordered above 70 pieces. Two things to keep straight:
- It is the mold charge that may be removed — not the minimum order quantity.
- "May," not "will": whether the waiver applies is confirmed in your quotation.
Ordering above 70 pieces of the same design may qualify for the mold-charge waiver, subject to the quotation. It does not change the fact that rings are 20 per design and the other listed categories are 10 per design.
Quotation and deposit
With the required details in hand, we normally prepare a quotation within 24–72 hours. A thin or unclear brief pushes that out, since the first step becomes chasing down what's missing.
Production starts after you approve the quotation and specifications and pay a 30% advance. The remaining balance and the dispatch terms are set out in your quotation, not fixed here, because they depend on the order.

How order minimums and approvals lead into production
Normal production timing
Normal production runs approximately 3–5+ weeks after the deposit and the production details are confirmed. Design complexity, materials and stone sourcing, order volume, and how quickly approvals come back can all move that window.
Treat it as a production window rather than a guaranteed dispatch or arrival date; the expected schedule is confirmed in the quotation, after the design and specifications are locked.
What to send for an accurate quotation
Bring what you already have; we will point out anything still needed to price the order accurately:
- product type and a design reference (sketch, photo, sample or CAD file);
- quantities by design;
- the size and stone mix you expect;
- logo stamping or barcodes, if you need them;
- destination and any timing context.
